THE WISHBONE INTENSIVE
A complete biological picture. A personalized strategy.
One 90-minute session.
Your charts and your labs are already telling a story. The Wishbone Intensive is where we decode it together and build a targeted functional nutrition strategy around exactly what your biology is showing right now.
You Have Tracked the Pattern. Now Let’s Map the Strategy.
You have been doing the daily work of paying attention. You have tracked your cycles, requested labs, and brought your symptom lists to your appointments. Yet you keep leaving with basic symptom management and the same generic advice to reduce stress.
The issue is not a lack of effort. Standard, short appointment slots simply are not built for deep-dive biological data analysis. There is rarely time in a quick visit to review months of daily cycle charts, cross-reference functional nutrient markers, and build a tailored daily protocol.
You need dedicated space with a functional specialist to sit down with your specific data.
That is what this session is built to do.
We are not looking at what PMOS (PCOS) means in general. We are looking at what your body is doing right now.
Before we meet, you will gather two months of tracked cycle data and complete our direct-access Foundational Hormone Panel and Comprehensive Nutrition & Detox Panel (OAT). By the time we sit down together, I have already evaluated everything in tandem: your tracking patterns, your lab results against functional optimal ranges, and your full history.
I do not look at your results as a list of isolated numbers. I analyze them as an interconnected system. Together, we will identify which biochemical drivers are loudest in your unique biology, examine what your evidence shows, and map out your exact nutritional and lifestyle strategy.
Why We Use PCOS / PMOS
The conventional label "Polycystic Ovary Syndrome" is clinically misleading—you do not need ovarian cysts to have this condition, nor does the root cause originate solely in the ovaries.
We recognize the emerging clinical terminology: PMOS (Polycystic Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome). This name accurately reflects what research shows: a multifaceted metabolic and endocrine state that impacts ovulation, energy, and hormone clearance. Whether you refer to it as PCOS or PMOS, our strategy is built explicitly around the root metabolic drivers governing your cycle.
This Session Was Built for You If...
Your labs keep coming back "normal"—but your daily physical symptoms are telling a completely different story.
You understand the theory, but translating generic online advice into a concrete action plan feels impossible without an expert reading your data.
Every appointment ends the same way: a band-aid solution that manages symptoms without investigating what is driving them.

How It Works:
The 5-Step System
Step 1 — Book Your Session & Access Your Lab Requisitions
Book your 90-minute session at least three weeks out to allow time for lab draws and pre-session evaluation.
Your confirmation email includes direct-access lab requisitions for two comprehensive panels via our practitioner lab partners (Rupa via Fullscript). No doctor's referral needed.
Note: Lab fees are paid directly to the lab at their standard rate with no markup from Wishbone Wellness.
Step 2 — Complete Your Labs & Submit Your Cycle Data
Complete your blood draw and submit a minimum of two complete cycle charts (using the Wishbone PMOS Tracking Method or any Symptothermal method). Two months of BBT and cervical fluid observations give us the pattern data needed to evaluate ovulatory health.
Submit your detailed Intake Form covering your history, current symptoms, and top three health questions.
Step 3 — Comprehensive Pre-Session Evaluation
Before we meet, I analyze your Intake Form, lab panels against functional optimal ranges, and cycle charts together as a cohesive system.
I identify your dominant PCOS/PMOS drivers, flag key biological markers, and prepare the strategic framework we will map out during our call.
Step 4 — The 90-Minute Strategy Session
We meet via video for a live 90-minute deep dive. I walk you through your biological picture—what your charts show, what your labs reveal, and how they connect.
Together, we build your personalized functional nutrition, targeted supplement, and lifestyle strategies.
We draft your clinical advocacy plan: the exact follow-up questions to ask your doctor and the precise labs to request next.
Within 48 hours, you receive your written Personalized Strategy & Summary outlining your metabolic priorities, lab recommendations, and progress metrics to track over the next 90 days.
Step 5 — The 30-Day Protocol Check-In
Thirty days later, we meet for a dedicated 30-minute follow-up session to review your progress after applying your protocol for a “full” cycle.
We refine your protocol based on your body's initial response and lock in your strategy for the next 30 to 60 days.
This Session IS For You If:
You have at least two months of cycle tracking data and want an expert functional analysis of your patterns.
You need to establish a clear, standardized baseline to get a complete picture of your biology. Every client orders our direct-access Foundational Hormone Panel and the Organic Acids Test (OAT) so we can evaluate your current hormone drivers, nutrient status, and metabolic clearance together.
You are transitioning off hormonal birth control and want a clear, data-backed protocol to navigate post-pill shifts.
You are preparing for a fertility consultation and want to arrive with organized data, clear trendlines, and data-backed requests.
This Session IS NOT For You If:
You are seeking medical diagnosis, disease treatment, or prescription management (this educational service complements your medical team, but does not replace licensed medical care).
You are looking for a weekly retainer. The Intensive is a structured, 30-day onboarding container designed to give you total clarity and self-sufficiency, with à la carte follow-ups available as your data evolves.

I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist and FEMM-certified educator specializing exclusively in PCOS (PMOS) and post-pill hormonal recovery. I built the Wishbone Tracking Method and the Wishbone Intensive because the real gap in PCOS/PMOS care isn't a lack of information—it’s a lack of a system that turns daily biological data into better clinical outcomes.
I know the frustration of leaving an appointment with unanswered questions or feeling like the full picture hasn't been connected yet. I also know what becomes possible when you have organized, data-backed evidence behind you. You can clearly discuss your primary drivers, reference your actual trends, and collaborate effectively with your clinical team.
That shift is what every page of the Wishbone PMOS Tracking Method and every Intensive session is engineered to produce.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. I was diagnosed with PCOS, but your page mentions PMOS. Is this framework still for me?
Yes, absolutely. PMOS (Polycystic Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome) is simply the clinically accurate evolution of PCOS. The medical community increasingly recognizes that this condition is rooted in metabolic and hormonal signaling—not isolated ovarian health. If you have been diagnosed with PCOS (or suspect you have it based on irregular cycles, androgen shifts, or metabolic symptoms), this framework was built explicitly for your biology.
2. Do I need the Wishbone PMOS Tracking Method planner to book?
No—though if you have been using it, bring your charts. If you do not have the physical planner yet, two months of Symptothermal cycle charting using any method is fully sufficient.
3. What if I don't have recent lab results?
The Intensive includes direct-access requisitions for our foundational lab panels. Upon booking, you will receive requisition links to get drawn locally at LabCorp or Quest before our call.
4. Do you accept health insurance?
The Intensive is a private functional nutrition and health advocacy consultation, not a medical service billed through insurance. You may use HSA/FSA funds for payment depending on your provider's specific guidelines.
5. What happens after the 30-day check-in?
Continued support is available through à la carte chart reviews and follow-up intensives. You can book individual follow-up reviews as your cycle data evolves and new questions arise—no ongoing retainers required.
6. How far in advance should I book?
Please book at least three weeks out from your target session date to allow sufficient time for lab draws, lab processing, and pre-session data evaluation. *I will guide you every step of the way from lab ordering to session booking.
Stop Guessing.
Build Your Strategy.
You have been doing the heavy lifting of observing, tracking, and trying to understand your body.
The Intensive is where that work becomes complete clinical clarity.

A precise, evidence-based strategy built around your biology as it stands today—complete with a summary document you own, a protocol you understand, and the clinical confidence to advocate for yourself in every appointment moving forward.
