Agreement Between User and Wishbone Wellness
Welcome to wishbonewellness.com. This website is operated by Wishbone Wellness, a functional nutrition private practice owned and operated by Dallas King-Wallis, MS, CNS. By accessing or using this website, enrolling in any program or course, or purchasing any product or service offered by Wishbone Wellness, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website or purchase any products or services.
1. About Wishbone Wellness
Wishbone Wellness offers clinical nutrition education, structured wellness programs, one-on-one nutrition consultations, and educational courses for women navigating post-birth control PCOS and fertility nutrition. All one-on-one client services are delivered through Practice Better, a HIPAA-compliant practice management platform. Educational courses and digital products are delivered through Practice Better or FEA Create.
2. Not Medical Advice — Important Disclaimer
Dallas King-Wallis is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) holding a Master of Science degree in clinical nutrition. She is not a medical doctor, licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or any other licensed medical professional.
The content on this website, including all written materials, courses, programs, consultations, social media content, emails, and any other communications from Wishbone Wellness, is intended for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website or within any Wishbone Wellness program or service constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare provider.

3. No Results Guarantee
The programs, courses, and services offered by Wishbone Wellness are designed to provide evidence-informed nutritional education and support. Individual results will vary depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to health history, compliance with program recommendations, individual biochemistry, and concurrent medical conditions or treatments.
Testimonials and client outcomes shared on this website or in marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee or promise that any other person will achieve the same or similar results. Nothing communicated by Wishbone Wellness, its programs, or its practitioners constitutes a guarantee of any specific health outcome.
4. Scope of Services
Wishbone Wellness currently offers the following products and services:
One-on-one clinical nutrition consultations and programs delivered through Practice Better
The Ovell120TM 120-Day Egg Quality Framework, a structured 17-week nutrition program
Educational courses and digital programs
Educational content including newsletters, blog posts, and social media content
Wishbone Wellness reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update its service offerings at any time. The most current description of available services is maintained on the website.
5. Program and Course Access
Upon enrollment in any Wishbone Wellness program or course, you will receive access to program materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. The following terms apply to all program and course purchases:
Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials, program materials, or course content with any other person is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Program materials, protocols, curriculum, and educational content are the exclusive intellectual property of Wishbone Wellness. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any program content without the prior written consent of Wishbone Wellness.
Refund and cancellation terms for specific programs are governed by the Client Service Agreement signed at the time of enrollment. In the absence of a specific agreement, all sales are final.
6. Electronic Communications
By using this website, submitting a contact form, enrolling in a program, or subscribing to any Wishbone Wellness communication, you consent to receive electronic communications from Wishbone Wellness. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you wish to unsubscribe from marketing or promotional emails, you may do so at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. Please note that transactional emails related to your enrollment, program access, or account management are not subject to the unsubscribe option and will continue to be sent as necessary.

Your first name and general outcome description may be used unless you request otherwise in writing.
Wishbone Wellness reserves the right to edit testimonials for length and clarity without altering the substance of the original statement.

14. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or any Wishbone Wellness product, program, or service, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Wishbone Wellness at nutrition@wishbonewellness.com.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in the State of Georgia. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
The parties agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent that any dispute is not subject to arbitration under Section 14, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Client Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wishbone Wellness with respect to your use of this website and any programs or services purchased. These Terms supersede all prior communications, proposals, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Wishbone Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file or by a prominent notice on this website.
