A large majority of what you find online or in stores have hidden preservatives and do not deliver on what is claimed to be on the bottle. Some of the brands you will find in the dispensary require a practitioner to access and cannot be bought through other platforms. Supplement Safety

  • Supplements are meant to be used to supplement your health while you are making changes to your daily routines and nutrition at certain times and seasons. They are not meant to be taken for long term and I often recommend switching up what you use each season with the exception of a multivitamin, prenatal or prescribed support. 

  • Please use precautions, especially if you have certain diagnosed conditions or are on medications. Herbs and targeted nutrients are powerful and have an impact on your body’s sensitive chemistry. Keep your primary care physician informed of any dietary or supplemental changes you make. 

  • More is not always better. Pay attention to the dosage on your supplement bottles. 

  • If you become pregnant (congratulations by the way ;) please speak with your medical professional team about what you are using. Some natural therapies need to be avoided while pregnant or breastfeeding. 

  • If you develop a reaction such as a rash, swelling, headaches or other symptoms that can not be explained by other reasons, please discontinue supplement use.
